Ans: BAM stands for BuyAfricaMade, its an acronym we use when we want to refer to the website.

2. How do I become a seller on BAM?

Ans: To become a seller simply follow the link ‘’www.buyafricamade.com/shops/create’’ or scan the QR code. Once the page opens, you will fill in your basic details and verify your email.

3. What can I sell on BAM?

Ans: As Buy Africa Made goes, we are focused on selling anything made on the Africa continent; from Big manufacturers like Innoson Motors to everyday fashion designer that owns a shop. BuyAfricaMade was designed to showcase the authentic Africa products to the world.

4. How do I get notification when my goods are ordered online?

Ans: You get an email notification whenever a sales order is placed on your products. Additionally, a customer care personnel will give you an urgent call to notify you and get you ready for the delivery.

5. How are deliveries done on BAM?

Ans: BuyAfricaMade has partnered with a multinational logistics companies to handle all fulfillment from Seller to the Buyer.

6. How does the logistics/delivery system works?

Ans: Once an order is placed on any product on BAM website, an email is automatically sent to you to get you notified, then you will get a call from our Cc representative. You will need to to get the order ready and well packed; next you will receive a call from our logistics partner to notify you of his coming to pick up an item from you, once the item is picked up, the logistics company does the fulfillment to the buyer.

7. How do I get paid for the items sold? Does the buyer send the money to me directly?

Ans: Like all other e-commerce website, Buyer does not pay money directly to the Seller, instead the money is paid into BAM’s escrow account until the buyer confirms delivery of the item, then Money is released to the Sellers account. Usually is paid bi-monthly.

8. How much is BAMs commission from every item sold?

Ans:  BAM takes 20%  on every transactions made through the website, this covers logistics and site maintenance

9. How does BAM guarantees quality?

Ans: Vendors must ensure that ALL products sold on BAM are of high standard, good quality and finishing. Seller must ensure what is sent to buyers tally with the order. If the seller does not have the exact product variation as seen in the product picture, Seller should quickly call the CC on 07014888891 to explain the variation, so that the customer will be duly notified. Allowed variation can be Colors or Patterns

10. How does BAM handles refunds?

Ans: Once a buyer takes delivery of an item, they a few days to initiate a refund if the items does not meet standard. A member of the Customer care will give the buyer a call and confirms the genuinety of the claim with seller and buyer before initiating a refund.

Ans: YES!, at BuyAfricaMade, we recognize that not everyone can manage their online store. For the class of people , BAM helps them to sell their products through the BAM STORE.

Ans: We onboard all your product and manage your orders and branding. When a request comes in, we handle the fulfillment and send your money to you.

13. What is the difference between BAM Store and My Personal store?

Ans: BAM Store manages your brand, products, customers and your orders, while fro PERSONAL Store, you monitor the site yourself, chat with customers yourself, manages your orders yourself.
